You might buy brand new stuff straight from the store and go with a matching set, or, if you are on a budget you can get used pieces that are like new for a lot less.

When choosing cribs, changing tables, bureaus and bassinets, remember that they don't have to match exactly. You can paint used pieces in a similar color to make them look like a set. If you want a unique and custom look, think about replacing the knobs with ones that match your theme or color scheme.

You'll want a nice crib set and, perhaps, matching curtains to tie it all together. When choosing the bedding, be sure to pick items that match your color scheme and theme. Some people find that they choose the bedding first and go from there. In either case, you'll want to carry swatches of your nursery room colors with you when shopping for accessories.
